If work has started but is incomplete, a partial refund may be granted based on the progress made. No refunds will be issued for completed projects or approved designs.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable: Domain registration and hosting fees. Third-party software, plugins, or services purchased for the project. Completed design and development work, once approved.

3. Requesting a Refund

Clients must submit a written refund request to [email protected] within 2 days of project commencement. The request should include the reason for the refund and relevant details.

4. Processing of Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
